lol, I told my husband I was going to keep him out all year when I brought him home :lol: He looked at me like I was crazy, but I keep my gargoyles and a few skulls around the house all year (they're all just SO cute with Santa hats at Christmas time), and I just can't bear to pack him away so quick...

Big Lots has their Halloween marked down 50%. I got this guy for 7 bucks, I LOVE HIM! Sadly, I broke him when I got in the car,I coulda cried, but all is well now.

Well, you're really cutting it close! I had the realization that it was SO close about 11 days ago, and I just kicked it into gear. It does sneak up on ya though! October 8th= all the time in the world. October 13= PANIC MODE!
