Another name for Merry Christmas?

Post by iHaunt » Mon Dec 21, 2009 3:46 pm

I've noticed some people saying "Merry Christmas", "Happy Holidays", "Feliz Navidad" and "Happy Hanukkah" etc.

So are there more names anywhere?

Umm...Happy Hanukkah is about as far away from Merry Christmas as anyone can get.

Ok, then pick on me is good enough!

Feliz Navidad is a Spanish phrase meaning "Merry Christmas"....

So, how about Merry Solstice, or Happy Yule?

I was wondering when that beer was supposed to arrive. :P

I'm in here today because I have another pile of merchandise to pretti-fy and I have no ambition to that regard.

Would it be insulting to just put them in brown paper bags? I could claim that I was being 'green'.

Maybe throw in some mulch from the garden for cushioning?

In German it's "Froehliche Weihnachten!"

In French, "Joyeux noel!"
