Bella, that house is awesome! I can picture it all decked out for Halloween and Christmas. So much character!

I was watching this show once -- I think on HG-TV -- where this couple's house looked like an old, over-100-year-old Victorian, but it wasn't. It was a newly built house that was a replica of an old one. The details were so accurate, but it had all the conveniences of a modern home. That's what I'd do if I could build my dream home.

Thanks Sue! :)
I agree on the new looking like old house. But I kind of like the odd quirks.
I have those little tiny cubby-hole closets too. It's kind of like a child's hiding place.

Yeah witchy! Like Three's Company. lol

hahahahaha witchy i think you asked for it on that one lol

the bags are packed.. i'll be needing my key now
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Oh there will be.
It is too bad we don't all live closer, we would make it a pitch-in.
There is a huge yard on the property, we could have a fire.

Yum Yum! I would make myself a comfy place to sit and just stay there so I wouldn't trip over anyone. ;)

Oooo...Bella, nice place!! I love old houses with lots of character, and squeaky floors and doors. You can just feel the energy of all the people who have lived there.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.
