if I had the money, I would buy some land and have this built on it...a perfect replica...I have always loved this house

that is a pretty (excuse me when i say this) "ballin" house lol i love the walk way up to it.. almost as if the house always staring down at you, judging, or waiting.. its eerie

The way you said that Adrian..about it looking down at you as you stare up at it while walking, reminds me of Salem's Lot. That is exactly the way King put it.

I love them too for just that reason. The energy of all the people who have lived here before.
The creaky stairs and hallways. Especially when it is windy!
These old houses just have that lived-in feeling. I would rather have old than new any day.
Although some of the new ones are nice.

I wish he landlord would sell! *Sniff!* Not that I could really afford it right now.

The tree on the left hides the turret roof, which would make the house appear even more impressive if you could see it. It also hides the stained glass window in the front of the house, in the center, right under where the roof peaks.

Sue, that is a great house!! It's huge!
If I ever get the money, I would love to buy a turn of the century farm house.
I used to live in the country and I miss it all the time.
