well for a broom you could do something like..

From timber and bristles, twine wrapped to each
away off the floor, all around, underneath
A witch will come flying across the moon light
On this she will come on Halloween night :)

just something i made up now lol
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

AWESOME! im so psyched to have found this forum...any items you can buy cheap would do for the search items, so anything you can think of would be great. although, i use a lot of spiders, bats and such for decorations, i wouldnt want people to be confused about which are which...hmmmmm. have you ever seen a scavenger hunt where clue is givin to a certain location, and there you find the next cllue? thats what i have in mind....

alone i will sit while my master piece glistens
and all around i see you, i sit and i listen
eerily i'll creep as a creeper like me does
to catch you in good time, to take from you your blood

i'm a spider :)

I am black as night, and at night i'm alive
across clouds and moons, i move too quick for some eyes
listen real close and you may hear me say
"yes i'm flying now, but upside down i'll be by day"

i'm a bat

there's two poems you guys could use maybe :)
