Nice. Grammy had her traditional 4th of July party on her hundred acre farm, with swimming pool and lots of tasty numbles. My older brother was nearly decapitated by a mis-loaded firework. Would have made a nice addition to my yard haunt. :twisted:

Mine was spent out on the boat watching fireworks timed to music on the radio station...quite cool. Especially because before the fireworks they have military jets fly over and then have dudes parachuting and letting off 'fireworks' from their parachutes. They were nuts!! Looked like comets coming down from the sky. The hard part was after because it was dark and there were 1000's of boats.

Sounds like everyone except Spooky had a good time!! We went to a car show Friday night, Saturday night we went on Main Street & watched fireworks with my hubby's family, then went out dancing at a bar, on the 4th we went on Main Street again, then shot off fireworks at home, Monday we went to Six Flagg's, that was a lot of fun!! Busy three day weekend!! :D

BBQ, eat, drink. Repeat until passed out.

Went to a hilltop with blankets and binoculars and watched what few cities had shows this year. It wasn't bad, but there were noticeably fewer towns shooting off fireworks than in the past.
