Ideas for someone pregnant on Halloween!

It is amazing the little scents that trigger such vivid memories. My mom's old perfume always triggers memories of her...although I rarely if ever smell it.
Anyway, your message gave me a good idea, does anyone have any really creative ideas that take into account the fact that someone is pregnant for Halloween? e.g. what creative costume ideas do you have for a pregnant woman on Halloween? There have to be some good ones out there!
