PUTTING MY MARTHA STEWART CHARACTER IN A FORMAL OUTFIT

Post by The Duchess » Wed Feb 20, 2013 2:03 pm

I am thinking about dressing up my Martha Stewart character in a formal outfit.

Do you think I would be better off in a gown or pants. See photo.

A good deal depends upon what is available in the resale stores in my size.

Watcha think?

I don't see Martha Stewart in gowns very often. I think the pants look more like her.

Here is a picture of me as "Martha" in pants and below several pictures of Martha herself.

Don't you think that I make a good Martha Stewart?

She and Granny Lou are my favorite female costume characters.

Here is another picture comparison of me and Martha.

My costumer thinks that I do make a good Martha Stewart and look somewhat like her. Martha is one year older than me.

I think one of the work shirts that she used to wear on the old TV show would be more recognizable.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

That's a good idea. Martha in jeans and a work shirt.
