Technically, they hadn't found the prison yet. The audience saw it in the final shot in the background.

Ok. I think I remember a prison. For some reason I remembered it being a mall so it took me a second to remember.
Halloween wraps fear in innocence,
As though it were a slightly sour sweet.
Let terror, then, be turned into a treat...

AMC will re-air the first two seasons in black and white starting in February. I really enjoyed it when they did the pilot episode.

Has everyone here heard the 'Dumb Ways to Die' song? Catchy tune. Video's a bit graphic but it's animated. Some folks took the song and made a tribute to 'The Walking Dead' zombies. Nice to get some zombie luvin while the show is on hiatus.

This is cool. The graphic shows every zombie killed on the show so far, color coded by the season the were put down. Click on the image to see the whole thing. Way too big to post here.

Cool video from Stargate Studios showing off the special effects used in last season. Lots of spoilers if you haven't watched season 3 yet and total goretasm if you are squeamish about those types of things. I wonder if the folks who do the sfx on this show have trouble sleeping at night?

Something for Kolchak and anyone else in the Atlanta area. Maybe a road trip for Mike?

They are now giving free tours of the locations where the series is filmed.

Wahoo!!! There's Abraham! If you read the comics you know. I think Alexandria is coming up, though it's apparently called Terminus in the show.

I love that the big difference between the show and the comics is that Tyreese is still around. In the comics, he's the one that the Governor beheaded. If you watched the mid-season finale you know who got it in the show. So sad :(

Speaking of, anybody watch last week's 'Talking Dead', when Greg Nicotero brought out the severed head? That was hilarious! With the pudding? I was also really impressed with Danai Gurira. She has really absorbed her character. She IS Michonne.

I didn't catch it, heard about it later, but at the end of this week's episode when Abraham, Rosita and Eugene show up they are standing in almost the same poses as the cover of the comic they first appeared in.

Also, last weeks episode, when Rick was recovering and Carl had to draw off the walkers, was the first storyline to follow the comic pretty much panel by panel. This has got me interested in reading the comics again. Maybe getting up to current.
