I'd rather have it stock and have a casket in the back and then pull up to peoples houses and ask them if they were expecting a delivery ;)

Well if you have a car that's in good to mint condition and has all the original parts on it, then more power to you. As for the casket and pulling up to some one's house, I'll leave you to your own devices on that one.

But I think it would be really cool to get a Ford, Mercury of Lincoln Hearse of that year, and trick it out to the hilt. Triton V-10 engine, Borg Warner 6 speed Manual overdrive racing transmission, the whole 9 yards.

I dont know when, but I know they spent a ton of money refurbishing the old Ecto one!

That means Funeral Director. :D

I saw a really creepy looking takcked out hearse with a silver skull as a hood ornmant. It was a Cacilack. Unfortunately it only had a stock engine, and it couldn't get out of it's own way.

I would have to say about mid 80s vintage. The paint job and tricking out was really cool, but like I said, the performance was nothing to write home about. That car was most likely more for show then for go.
