Well, these are not new drugs. I have had a z-pack once myself, and the hydroxy thing has been around since just after WWII. I don't think they are normally used together, and this application would be new. But drs say it works, so I don't know why they can't be used.

Univ of Pittsburg researchers announced today that they have a Covid 19 vaccine which passed animal trials. They want to fast-track the human trials.

I hope you are able to enjoy your haunted road trip soon. I have two trips planned this summer, and I am watching this play out to see if I can go.

Well I am working on some creepy photos I shot last October that I plan to post. I shot them last October. They're of the now abandoned Dwight Women's Correctional Facility. It's not purported to be haunted, but it has a rather creepy look to it.

I hope your Summer plans work out, too. That's another reason why I hope, and feel optimistic, that this Covid 19 crises will blow over soon. As the weather gets warmer, the flu becomes less of a danger then during colder weather. Today we got up to 68 degrees, and the sun was out, so it was pretty nice.

The usually pack away the holiday stuff so this must have just come in.

It's about 10 in tall and about 8 in wide and it is painted tin.

The Man in the Moon is thick frosted glass and it holds a votive candle.

It has a label from the company PartyLite, which is and or was a company that dealt in home accent lighting, mostly candles and holders.

$3.99 and it is mine!

( apparently originally it had come with a little glass ghost ornament but no big deal, I can find something to hang from that branch.) https://www.google.com/search?q=partyli ... sUT2RgVOsM:
I love it, how big is it? I haven't gotten anything or done anything in a while, except work.

It's ten inches tall, a nice size for a bookshelf or side table.

They're starting to re open all the thrift stores here in Streator and in Pontiac. I bet there will be some great Halloween gee gaws for sale.

My porch pumpkins survived the winter, so I put them in my garden to rot this spring. Now I have a huge pumpkin vine flowering in my backyard.

You just might get a few free jack o'lanterns out of that.

That would be welcome, if it happens. The vine is pretty.

Those vines do look awesome, and the blossoms are a bright yellow, like the interior of a pumpkin when you first cut it open. Blossoms, however as far as I ever got with growing pumpkins, before the rabbits and the squirrels made a tossed salad of them.

Yes, I have lost blossoms in the past, too. I also am uncertain if I need more than one vine for cross-pollination.

Even if you only get 1 jack o'lantern, that would be great. Alas, I have made no attempt to grow pumpkins this year.
I do plan to try again at some point, however. The town I live in now, however, has an even greater rabbit population then Dwight. Additionally, we also have squirrels and chip monks, all of which are plant eaters. My neighbor just lost over 1200 bucks worth of transplanted flowers she tried to grow in her back yard. She bought them at a local nursery, and it took her all day to plant them, and when she woke up the next morning, there was not a single stem left.

Oh, no!

My vine is flowering like mad, but so far, no fruit.
