James Hillcrest thought he would live to be a super senior like the people celebrated on the local news station every monday morning. He was in excellent health and he worked hard to live the life of his dreams. He never had to worry about money again and he drove the kind of vehicle that would make the Rockefellers green with envy. Yes, he had it all. But prestige and money, good health and a sharp mind, never did impress the angel of death. When she came calling, there would be no negotiating with her. And on a sunny Friday afternoon as James cruised a scenic desert highway listening to Foghat on satellite radio, James would learn that indeed he did not have all the time in the world afterall.
