A NEW QUARTER MINTED FOR 2020, AND I LOVE IT!!!!

Post by Pumpkin_Head » Fri Jan 10, 2020 2:02 pm

Hi Folks:

I just got off facebook. The Federal Reserve is going to be minting and putting into a circulation, a new quarter that has fruit bats on the back of it. I was thinking what a great Halloween quarter, and I can't wait until I can pick up a couple of rolls of them at my bank. One roll will to be to give out for ToT, and the other just to keep for myself as a Halloween decoration, being that 2020 will be the first year for these fruit bat coins.

So once again, 2020 offers yet ANOTHER nice Halloween ToT surprise.

If they only mint them for one year, they could, conceivably become collectors items. As for it being fruit bats, your gess is as good as mine as to why.

I'll start collecting them when they put pumpkins on them.

I always thought that coins or postage stamps should commemorate our holidays, and Halloween should figure into it.
