That's right.... I don't believe I have seen the moon turn red. :? Did anyone see it?

By the way, Happy Winter Solstice! :D

Happy Winter Solstice to you, too. :)

I didn't get to see the eclipse, it was snowing heavily here. I woke up to a wonderland, though. It's beautiful, but cold!

I was going to take photos fo that eclipse. I even checked out a telephoto lenze and everything else. I was also going to post some of them here on the forum, but it was snowing to beat the band, and there was no sign of the moon anywhere.

"Wonderland"...? If by 'wonderland' you mean a warm beach with various rum-based drinks within reach I would gladly join you there.

If you meant snow, fugetaboutit. 8)

To me, "Wonder Land" would be any place where I can ride my motorcycle, light off fireworks or grow pumpkins for next Halloween.

Yay for pollution! (That's what causes the red/yellow color of the moon).

Sadly, I didn't get to see the full lunar eclipse. I caught cold and passed out early in the blissful slumber only cough syrup can induce.

Like I said, I felt pretty crappy about missing that eclise. I would have gotten some of the best Lunar Eclipse pictures I ever got, too.
