oh no its ok witchy :) this is planned... i consume nearly 3 gallons of water per day :) the calorie in take is my thing :) i'm all healthy! no need for the scary doctor hahaha

it is un healthy but i was lazy on my diet :? so now i'm "crashing" oh well... i hold weight really well after a crash so its no so bad for meh
