Same here, Morticia

And I have to keep it to myself because if I start discussing it with people, they all look at me like I have five heads or something

I don't worry about it. Everyone in my family knows that Halloween is my favorite holiday. They didn't give my older brother any grief about playing Christmas music in March when it happened to show, so they don't give me any grief about putting out a plastic jack o'lantern and watching a scary movie when the 13th of the month falls on a Friday. I only had one older brother say anything to me in the way of criticism about my love of Halloween, but he mellowed out some.

Most of my family and friends expect it from me by this point. Just about everything I do I try to incorporate a little bit of Halloween/horror into it. Case in point, this New Year's Eve my friends had a masquerade party, so what did I do? I made a paper mache Cthulhu mask

I always said, if you're prepared for the zombie apocalypse, you're prepared for anything...

Key to zombie survival is education. Do you know how many people barely know anything about zombies? They need to know important information like if you don't get the head they're going to come at you again later. Also perhaps the most vital zombie info if your loved one becomes a zombie he/she is no longer that person and it is your duty to take them out. My wife knows to kill me if I become a zombie.

Just don't do a Bill Murry on her and pretend to be a zombie.

Struth!
I actually just finished reading 'The Zombie Survival Guide' by Max Brooks. It was a great read. While the book is fictional it actually had a lot of great survival tips. I was told that he's coming out with a new edition that includes recent zombie events, like the Florida face eater.

I have been meaning to pick up a copy of that book. Perhaps I'll get a copy as a Halloween gift to myself!

If we actualy see the end of the world as we know it, I don't think it will have anythign to do with zombies, DemonicDuck. If there actualy was a desease that could bring the dead back to life, it would have broken out by now.
