This was a good idea, OEJ, but then maybe I'm a little biased.

The moderators on one of my Oz groups does this on occasion and it's always very popular and usually gives the newbies some encouragement.

One Eye'd Jack, This was a great idea to compile all this into a great thread. Maybe as members cross that 300 post milestone, you can add their first post/reply, here as well.
