I never left my house today only to get the mail and go in the garage to do kicks and smoke cigarette.

Those two things seem diametrically opposed to each other. Why do Karate if you are going to smoke cigarettes? What's the point? Your body is a temple and you are supposed to nourish it and feed it healthy things according to most Martial Arts...I'm just saying

I know guy but I like smoking and right now only do karate for fun and am not doing it for a living right now.

I had a wonderful Birthday with my husband and kids!! Had lunch at Cracker Barrel, went on Main Street and now going out to look at Christmas light!! Fun, fun, fun!!
