That's a fun one!
I've been rewatching the too-brief Moonlight TV series this week, the vampire romance starring Alex O'Laughlin from 2007. It was killed by the writers' strike, sadly. I hadn't watched it in a couple of years.

I screened "Trick or Treat" last week. I heard there was a sequel to that movie, but I haven't had any luck finding it as of yet. Anyway, I finally got lucky with a new DVD purchase. The title of the film is "Investigation 13." It's about a group of students who investigate an abandoned insane asylum where a former patient committed there still roams the halls, killing and then cannibalizing those who dare to enter. I am not going to go into details as I do not wish to post a spoiler, but suffice it to say, it's a great, fun, scary movie that very presently surprised me. It was an interesting story and a well produced, high quality film. Very much not the typical horror show you see today. It's probably at your local Walmart if you have a yen for something a little different.

Right now I'm listening to my "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" sound track record. When I have my Halloween Shindigs, I plan to play the John Carpenter Halloween sound track.

That Pumpkin Glow place looks amazing! I used to live in VA but moved away 25 years ago. I never heard of that when I was there.

We recently lost Svengoolie in the Nashville area. He was carried on ME TV around here, and that channel just got replaced with another one. My husband used to set an alarm for Svengoolie, because we both thought he was fun.

We had Svengoolie in Chicago for years. I swear, when I was a pup we only had a tiny handful of tv channels and a lot more programming that was good. Every Friday night it was "Screaming Yellow Theatre" hosted by Svengoolie. Every Saturday night it was "Creature Features" hosted by Ernie Bishop, and "Sci Fi Sunday" every Sunday afternoon. Now a days, I do all my tv watching through the Blue Ray/DVD player.
