Halloween Discussion Forums, Costumes, Horror!

I saw a Starb*cks seasonal blends display this morning.

I had to pull myself away without picking up any.

I hope that everybody here has been doing well. Almost every major store in my area has had Halloween stuff out since last month, and yesterday I saw a commercial with Dracula advertising Poligrip for his fangs, so the season is in full swing.

I was at Michaels the other day and they had some awesome Halloween items, I shot some pictures and I'll try to post them later.

It seems like the Christmas season has already started as well, on July 2 the Hallmark channel was showing Christmas movies, and the Wal-Mart near us already has decorations. I guess this is the new normal.

I use Poligrip on my fangs too!

What a small world.

Wow, all I've seen is candy at Kroger. I guess I need to get out more.

What really brings on the season for me is fall magazines.

So far it's only been food issues but I count those as well.

Yes, I've seen a couple of fall baking issues at the check out stands.

Our Kroger remodeled this summer and appears to have eliminated the magazines, save for a few at check out. That makes me sad.

Print media is really taking a hit in this world of instant communications.

I will go down with the ship, and will buy and read the Sunday paper every week until it is no more.

I'm one of those people who is way more tempted by magazines than candy at check out.

Our family had Pillsbury Pumpkin Spice Grand Bisquits this morning. It's ahead of the season, but if I wait to buy them when I think I should, they're gone.

And I just spent $9 on a ten pack of Swiss Miss Pumpkin Spice Cocoa for Keurig. I'm hiding it for a few days.
