You're killin' me...I get off work at 5pm PST, and then it's an hour drive home.

Happy Trick 'R Treat Day everyone!!!
I have an hour to go here at work and my Amazon DVD better be waiting for me at home! I will be so happy just to touch it
For everyone who has been to a videostore today, can you tell me how many copies of Trick 'R Treat were available? It seems to be doing quite well--it's number #13 on the Amazon Film & Video list, and currently managing to beat popular <deleted> like Twilight and Transformers 2. Michael Dougherty should be very happy!

I got to Best Buy at 11:45 (they open at 10am) and I got the last copy of DVD, BluRay was already sold out.

I just checked: there are 6 Best Buys in the SF bay area and 2 are already sold out of both editions.

...and it's #5 on Amazon right now!

It's being called the best Halloween movie in thirty years, which means it's the best since "John Carpenters Halloween". If that's true, I can't wait to watch it later on this evening when my daughter is in bed.

...now 3 stores are sold out.

I am soooo glad I decided to go at lunch.

Someone watch it already so we can talk about it! It's a short movie btw. An hour and 18 minutes.

Man! It blows me away that nobody ever mentions 'When Good Ghouls Go Bad'. That's about as Halloween as a movie gets. Right on par with Hocus Pocus IMO.

As far as Trick 'r Treat goes, since my Netflix is backed up, I stopped at Hollywood Video and rented it. Already made my copy but decided to wait to return it because none of the Hollywood Videos, Blockbusters or Wal-Marts near my house are carrying it in Blu-Ray. Yet. Didn't think of checking Best Buy. I may have to just use the DVD on Friday. The copy I made is too compressed and probably won't look so hot on a 52" screen.

I think I had trouble finding it at the B&M stores. In fact, I think that's why I signed up to Netflix, they had that movie. Actually, I signed up to Blockbuster Online first but they boned me so I switched to Netflix.

I remember seeing it listed as being on TV this year but I forget which station. Maybe you can record it if you can't find the DVD?

Hey, excuse me!! A best buddy of mine already got it from the next door neighbor... So I decided to drop-off TRT movie from my own queue list from Netflix, and not to worry about waiting to pick it up from Blockbuster anytime this week because we are going to watch it together tomorrow night around 8 pm. (2 Day Rental) only! OMG!!!
